Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing Processing your order typically requires 1 to 3 business days after it has been placed. Orders made during the week usually take one business day to process, whereas those placed over the weekend or on a Friday night might require a bit more time.

Transit Times Your items will be dispatched as soon as processing is complete. You can expect an average delivery time of 5 to 12 business days.

Cancellations Because our automated systems prepare your items for shipment right after a purchase is made, any cancellation requests must be submitted to us within 12 hours of placing the order. While we can often accommodate these requests, we are unable to guarantee a cancellation once the processing phase has finished.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are completely covered by us for all orders. Every product is shipped to your address entirely free of charge, and we do not require any minimum purchase amount.

Tracking Your Package As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can closely monitor your shipment's progress at all times.

Experiencing Delays? We always aim for prompt delivery, though occasional delays can happen. Should your package be delayed by more than a week beyond the expected timeframe, simply reach out to us via email with your order number, and we will look into it for you.

Missed Deliveries & Uncollected Packages Whenever a parcel is brought to your door or held at a local post office, the delivery expenses have already been paid. If you do not accept the package or fail to collect it from the post office, it will automatically go back to our supplier. In such instances, we maintain the right to subtract €15 from your final refund to cover the incurred return and processing fees.

Missing Orders Please email us with your order number if your shipment has not arrived within the average delivery window.
